Frequently Asked Questions

What time do you close?
Our normal operating hours are 9am until 5:30pm, Monday through Saturday.

Are you open on Sunday?
No. We try to take this day as the Lord meant as a day of rest and to enjoy our families.

Where are you located?
We are on Main Street in downtown Georgetown. Our storefront is brick arches. The Courthouse is across the street. Click here for directions.

Do you do all repairs on premise?
We do 98% of our repairs on premises. If your repair cannot be done in-store, you will be told before you leave it.

How much do you charge for ring sizing?
The charge will vary depending on the ring width, whether stones will come loose and need to be re-tightened. The minimum charge is $25.00.

Can this ring be fixed?
Well, I don’t know. But when you bring it in, we will tell you whether we will work on it, and the cost to do any repair.

How long does a repair take to be completed?
We try to tell you at the time a repair is left how long it will take. Our usual estimate is a one week turn around. Some repairs may take longer but 95% of repairs are done within this time.

How long does engraving take?
We try to tell you when an item is bought or left for engraving. We will give you a completion date when the item will be ready. This usually is 3-7 days. 7 days is generally the maximum, usually in May and December.

Do you engrave on items not bought in your store?
Yes. Items not bought in our store will have a $5.00 surcharge per item over the engraving charge.

Shari does the engraving and if she feels that the piece can be held properly to allow engraving, then it will be engraved.

If the item cannot be properly engraved, we will not do it.

Bring in any item you wish to have engraved and we will gladly see if it can be engraved.
