RETURN POLICY: Exchanges or Store Credits are permitted within 15 days from the date of purchase when accompanied with the original sales receipt. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition and without alterations, and where applicable, in the original box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact. Credits or refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be permitted on special orders, altered or custom items, sale items, items designated under “as is” or “final” types of sales.


LAYAWAY POLICY: For merchandise to be set aside there must be a 15 % non-refundable down payment and a monthly payment must be made to keep this item in layaway. Failure to make monthly payments will mean the merchandise is returned to stock. A store credit for any amount paid over the 15% restocking fee and any cost of alterations.
